Our Returns Policy

Where the goods are faulty or different from the product shown or described on our website, we offer a credit or refund as long as the item is returned within 30 days of your purchase.

For a credit or refund we must receive the returned goods unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

Should you wish to request a return or credit, you are required to email us at info@littleauricles.com.au with the relevant details, as well as a receipt as proof of purchase.

Your refund will be processed once the team at Little Auricles have received and approved your returned item.
We will notify you with confirmation, and your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.

We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods as all transport risk is the responsibility of the sender.

If your item needs to be returned, you will be responsible for your own shipping costs.

Unfortunately, we do not refund, or exchange used products or instances of change of mind for hygiene reasons.
